Pentagon Awards Boeing Deal for Israel’s F-15IA Jets

(MENAFN) The Pentagon announced Monday that The Boeing Company has secured an $8.6 billion agreement under the F-15 Israel Program.

"This contract provides for the design, integration, instrumentation, test, production and delivery of 25 new F-15IA aircraft for the Israeli Air Force with an option for an additional 25 F-15IA aircraft," the statement read.

According to the Pentagon, the work will be carried out in Missouri, United States, with completion scheduled for December 31, 2035.

The declaration followed a meeting in Florida between US President Donald Trump and Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, during which Netanyahu also conducted private discussions with Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth.
